To this end, we have complied with the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and the Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services by pro-actively developing and implementing an effective Company Compliance Program. We actively monitor our procedures and policies to provide the most compliant, accurate, and efficient service for our clients. All clients of the Billing Office, Inc. shall have access to these documents.
